Labor Day Pool Hours

Monday, September 7, the pool will close at 12:30. Extended Holiday Open Swim will be open from 10 am to 12:30 pm. 

The swimming pools at the Carbon Valley Recreation Center offer fun for all ages. The large aquatics area is composed of three separate bodies of water, which feature the following:

• A 25-yard lap pool with a diving board and 16.5' aqua climbing wall.
  Lap lane availability is limited. View the pool schedule or call 303-833-3660 to confirm availability.
• Activity pool with play features including a lazy river, play structure with slide, and two-story water slide. 
• Hot tub features a waterfall and jets, staying at a warm, therapeutic 102–104°F.  Open to ages 14+ (ages 9–13 with adult supervision). 
• The steam room has warm, humid heat that supports relaxation and recovery. Open to ages 14+ (ages 10–13 with adult supervision).

Important reminders

• Children 7 & under (and all non-swimmers) must be within arm's reach of someone 14+ at all times. 
• Children 8-9 must be actively supervised by someone 14+ in the pool area.
• Children 8 & under are not permitted in the hot tub (including sitting on the side or steps).
• Children 10 & under are not permitted in the sauna.
• Only water is allowed in the pool area—no food or other drinks.
